MAA Sheet Overview

The MAA sheet has 144 columns and 1,129 unit rows. Only 22 of those columns are referenced in the Data Mapping spec as migration sources. The remaining ~120 columns cover financial modeling (ADR, occupancy, revenue goals), seasonality multipliers, checkout costs, monthly service costs, and tax/fee configuration. These are not part of the PH/PMS migration scope.
